The food at Snappers Waterfront Cafe is influenced by the culture of Maryland's Eastern Shore and blended with Jamaican and southwestern cuisine. Our chefs use very little, if any frozen foods. Snappers prides itself on using crab meat directly from the J.M. Clayton Company next door - the crab meat is often delivered still warm!
